Our Process

Understand clear steps on what to expect when you work with us.

1

Initial Consultation

Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your land, your livestock or security needs, your budget, and how you want your fence to look and function.

From there, we schedule an on-site visit to walk the property, check soil and terrain, and evaluate any existing structures. That way, we can recommend the right solution and build it right the first time.

2

Site Assessment

We take the time to walk your property and study the details that matter. Fence layout, drainage, soil conditions, access points, gate placement, boundaries, and environmental wear all get a close look.

By doing the homework up front, we avoid surprises, protect your investment, and give you a clear, accurate price from the start.

3

Design & Proposal

Based on what we learn on your property, we put together a clear, detailed proposal. It covers fence specs, materials and quality standards, project timeline, straightforward pricing, available options, and long-term maintenance recommendations.

We review the proposal with you in person, walk through every detail, and answer your questions so you know exactly what you are getting before work begins.

4

Project Preparation

Once you approve the proposal, we handle the next steps with you. We’ll guide you on any permits that may be required, schedule the project around weather and workload, line up materials, and let you know how to prepare the property.

5

Construction

During construction, we stick to proven processes. We prep and clean the site daily, build in the proper sequence, and check quality at every step. We keep you informed on progress, adjust when conditions change, and work in a way that minimizes disruption to your day-to-day operation.

6

Final Inspection

Before we call a job complete, we inspect every detail. We verify the build meets all specifications, make sure gates and hardware operate properly, check post stability and line tension, and leave the site clean. Any final adjustments are handled before the final payment is due.

Is the work under warranty?

Every G.O.A.T. fence comes with a one-year craftsmanship warranty, a clear maintenance plan, and priority scheduling if you ever need us. We also document every material we use so future repairs or additions match what is already in the ground.
